L2G16 A/V/N-고 해서 grammar = so, because (among all)... ~give a reason among other reasons for doing action

Usage:
    - Express the main reason among several reasons (1st clause) for doing the action (2nd clause).
Tense:
Adjective / Verb:
    - A/V-고 해서
Noun:
    - N이고 해서
Examples :
1. 피곤한데 택시 안 타요?
    - 네, 길도 복잡하고 해서 지하철을 타는 게 좋겠어요.
You are tired, why don't you take a taxi?
    - Well, there is a lot of traffic (and I also don't have much money), so I think taking the subway is better.

2. 저녁 같이 드실래요?
    - 점심도 늦게 먹고 해서 저녁은 안 먹으려고요.
Would you like to have dinner together?
    - I had a late lunch (and I also want to lose weight), so I am planning to skip dinner.

3. 피곤하고 해서 약속을 취소했어요.
I was tired (among other things), so I cancelled the appointment.

4. 돈 없고 해서 오늘은 집에 있으려고 해요.
I don't have money (and among all), so I plan to stay home today.

5. 장학금도 받고 해서 친구들에게 한턱냈어요.
I got the scholarship (and other things), so I treated my friends to a meal.

6. 몸에 안 좋고 해서 담배를 끊었어요.
My health got bad, so I quit smoking.

7. 이 번 동아리 미팅에 못  간다면서요?
    - 네, 아르바이트도 하고 공부도 해야 하고 해서 못 가요.
I heard you can’t attend the club meeting this time, right?
    - Yes, I have to study and have part-time job (and among all), so I can’t go.

8. 시간이 없고 해서 점심에 김밥을 먹었어요.
I don't have time (and among all), I had a Kimpap at lunch.

9. 마리 씨, 왜 이사를 하려고 하세요?
    - 회사도 멀고 교통도 불편하고 해서 이사를 하려고 해요.
Mary, why are you planning to move?
    - It is far from my company and the traffic is not convenient, so I am planning to move.

10. 동대문시장에 물건 값이 싸고 해서 자주 가요.
The goods price in Dongdaemun market is cheap, so I go there often.
